That's the sad truth, Kuya Worthy. Many, if not most, of the nannies really don't care about the kids they're supposed to take care of. :( Sana kahit isa sa mga magulang ay hands-on sa therapy ng anak nila.
That's why I do not mind extra works for the hands-on mothers. Tiring, but it's very rewarding since mabilis ang progress ng kids. You really see the difference. And you don't have to deal with those "Bakit walang improvement" questions, since they're more aware of the ongoings of therapy, and can properly gauge the child's progress.
